Join in for a nice and gentle morning stretch yoga class to help you wake the body and get you off to a good start for the day.
Although this class is geared towards the practitioner with little to no experience, all levels are welcome.
There will be lots of specific guidance on how to safely and properly get into and out of each pose, as well as tips on how to make adjustments and use whatever props and tools are available to you in order to make your practice work for your body.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
If you have a yoga mat, blocks, and a strap available please have them handy. A towel, non-slip books, and a belt work as good substitutes too. Having water to sip on nearby is a good idea as well.

Once you've made your payment the zoom link and password will be sent to you. RSVPs close 1 hour before event time so please be sure to have your RSVP and payment completed in plenty of time to receive the link and password.
