Join me, Ukulady Lisa, for a FREE 90-minute group ukulele workshop in Manteno! Learn common chords from today’s popular music plus a few Christmas jingles. All surrounded by your local veterans and your friendly Manteno community.

Ukuleles are provided, and ALL instruments are welcome to jam along — just bring yourself! UKE can do it!

After class, we’ll hold a raffle drawing with awesome PRIZES! ALL proceeds benefiting the Manteno Legion Post 755!

BIO:
Lisa Mannion, aka Ukulady Lisa, is an Army combat veteran, active member at Manteno Legion, and singer-songwriter dedicated to healing through music. She’s recognized among the Top 25 Veteran Leaders of Illinois for traveling with 15 ukuleles and teaching group classes to her fellow veterans and her community.

Lisa performs original music, sings the National Anthem, and gives away free ukuleles because she believes, “Anybody can play the ukulele!”
