Speakers - Tim Allen:

Bio - Tim is Head of Engineering for Cloud and DevOps at xDesign. Most of his time is spent helping projects and clients build efficient and effective teams, processes and systems. When not doing that I build things with a heap of Raspberry Pis. Mostly these things blink lights or display information!

Title - Where do you start when you're starting from zero?

Bio - When you're joining a project/company/situation where there is no DevOps culture where do you start building that culture? How do you build that desire to do better, how do you then do better and how far do you go? This is what's worked for me. Let me tell you about that, then you can tell me how you handle these situations!
