Weekend of Workshops with Desirée Rumbaugh and Andrew Rivin

Two of my all time favourite yoga teachers Desiree Rumbaugh and Andrew Rivin will be back next year to teach another fantastic weekend of workshops that will transform your practice and/or your teaching!

This weekend of workshops is open to ALL! 😁

This husband and wife team are both phenomenal yoga teachers who have been teaching and practicing for over 30 years and their schedules are packed!

If you are unfamiliar with their names, Desiree is one of the first certified teachers of Anusara and had a well-deserved reputation for deepening all levels of practice. She teaches with sensitivity, humour and authenticity. As a full-time teacher, Desiree travels the world offering workshops which are inovative and transformative, challenging and compassionate.

Andrew Rivin has been practising and teaching since 1989. He is a joyful, spirited and playful yoga teacher whose knowledge of the biomechanics of the body is exceptional.

Attending workshops with this power couple will leave you feeling uplifted, inspired and with a whole new appreciation for what your body is capable of achieving no matter what your current level of yoga is!

Programme for the Weekend:
Saturday 10am - 12.30pm: Backbends
Saturday 2pm - 4.30pm: Hips and Lower Back
Sunday 10am - 12.30pm: Full Spectrum Practice
Sunday 2pm - 4.30pm: Forward Bends and Twists
Each workshop will be 2.5 hours long
(10 CPD hours total)
