Yoga In Nature™, ALL LEVELS, Lake Crabtree Community Park

Come enjoy nature, as we do an ALL LEVELS vinyasa flow to yin yoga practice, at this beautiful location, facing the lake. Modifications provided. Beginners welcome. Note that location is NOT in the gravel parking lot, but in the open field:)

BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT, towel, water bottle, and block (if you use one), sunscreen, insect repellent. You may also want to bring an old towel or liner for under your mat, if the ground is wet.
