✨Whether you're new to Perth, just travelling through or a local, this is a great place to try yoga and meet new friends in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
✨CLASS SCHEDULE:
🌴 SATURDAY: 9:00-10:00am
🌴 SUNDAY: 9:00-10:00am
*Classes run every Saturday & Sunday from October-May with extra evening classes added during Jan-March.
✨WHAT TO EXPECT: In this 1 hour beginner friendly Vinyasa Yoga class you’ll flow from one pose to the next, connecting movement with breath. You’ll work on your strength, balance and flexibility as well as practice mindfulness.
Don’t worry if you’ve never done yoga before, our classes are perfect for beginners! We’ll be demonstrating the whole class & giving lots of instructions so you can follow along and give it a go 🙂
✨COST: All Yoga In The Park classes are ‘Pay As You Feel’ so you’re welcome to pay as you feel or as you can afford for the class. We accept cash or card on the day either before or after the class.
✨NO PRE-BOOKING REQUIRED: You can just turn up!
