Wood fire Sauna Yoga

Portal Thermaculture and Yoga Pearl have teamed up to bring you a different kind of hot yoga.
Enjoy an hour of yoga from one of Yoga Pearls iconic teachers, followed by an hour of wood-fire sauna and cold plunge.
Classes are $35 for non members.
$20 for Members of Portal OR Yoga Pearl.

Tuesday’s and Thursday, 11am-1pm.
Bring your towel, your bathing suit or work out shorts/ gear - take your nervous system to a higher level of consciousness in a healthy and grounded way.
