Hello All,
The purpose of this group is to offer ongoing Health and Wellness education, workshops, weekly classes and community events for women. It is my desire to offer a space of nourishment, reconnection to the self, recharging and refueling of our vital energy, so that we, as women, are empowered to be loving and generous with all those in our lives- especially ourselves.
If you want to be a beacon of warmth, kindness, inspiration and positive growth for yourself, your family and your community, this group is for you.
If you desire radiant health and wellness on all levels of your life- mental, emotional, physical and relational, this group is for you.
Classes and events are designed to offer you nourishment and encouragement, as well as accurate reporting of the state of your real life. My desire is to offer reinforcement for where you are already strong, and illumination where you could improve the quality of your life and the tools to do so. My background is as a bodyworker for over 16 years, a licensed acupuncturist for over 8 years, a craniosacral and polarity therapy practitioner for over 15 years, a student of mindful movement and vital energy cultivation for over 12 years in the dance and qi gong communities. My intention is to to offer the best of the best, that I have encountered in all my years of complementary medicine study and life experience, to support and expand your radiant health in a simple, applicable and easy to understand way.
These wellness classes and events are born out of my desire to offer my acupuncture patients, bodywork clients, and you an all encompassing wellness program you can personally tailor and implement in your daily lives. The result? You living the life you were meant to live- and enjoying it all- all the challenges and all the successes that come with your life path. Some of my classes and events are donation basis, or complementary, others have a fee to support the locations and environments conducive to the work. I make every effort to make classes, events and programs available at varying levels of cost so that there is something for everyone.
