Hello, ladies!
Welcome!
My vision for this group:
It would be nice to do an event of some sort for this group once per month. I hope that it can become a space where we are not only networking and learning from each other for business advancement purposes, but also meeting up to have fun, indulge in some self-care, and support each other as entrepreneurs! Having someone to talk to who has been there themselves can be HUGE, especially in those times of doubt and chaos which are sure to come up for any business owner.
We are the ones who have been brave enough to step forward as leaders and start our own businesses, blaze our own paths, and believe in our own abilities enough to dive in. Let’s celebrate that and lift each other up even further!!!
Ideas for events:
I would love to hear from all of you! Do you own a restaurant, venue, gym, or other space where we can get together? Do you do photography, marketing, or logo design? Do you have something you’d like to offer/present to the group? In general, what do you want to learn about? Do you prefer a guest speaker, or more open networking time?
Here are some things I’d like to put together for 2023. Let me know which of these you’re interested in!
- Headshots & Happy Hour. Get professional headshots for your website & LinkedIn while networking with the group
- Private yoga class meetup & networking. Release that stress!
- Hiring tutorial. How to write your job description, where to post, & how to run an amazing interview, with my team of professional recruiters
- Group hikes, paddle boarding, bike rides, or dog mom networking meetups
- Ice bath & Breathwork workshop / Mindset training class
- Creating your brand identity: an opportunity get feedback before launching your new idea
- Workshop on identifying your why / getting back to what truly motivates you
If you have a professional skill or talent you would like to offer to the group, please let me know! I’d love to include anyone interested in the planning of these events.
