What we’re about

Guided sitting and walking meditation based on time-honoured tradition of Zen practice and incorporating aspects of Indian practice of Yoga Nidra. Beginners Welcome! No obligations. We will guide you in how to sit, how to walk slowly with mindfulness, what to chant, and what you might expect from silent meditation.
Every Monday we hold 2 hours meditation and relaxation session.
