Windward Mahjong Night

The Windward Mahjong Meetup Group LIVE meetings NORMALLY are on the 2nd and 4th Monday each month at 6pm. Sometimes a meeting is shifted due to scheduling. Please RSVP separately to each individual event to attend, so I can plan for chairs and tables. Bring a mahjong set if you have one. We play the AMERICAN version of the game using the 2024 or 2025 National Mahjongg League cards. (I have a couple of extra paper copies.) We currently do not play the Chinese or Japanese versions. New cards are available annually each April. Order your 2025 cards direct from NMJL to also automatically get their newsletters. NationalMahjonggLeague.org

I expect a mix of experience, so please be patient. All players should try to keep the game moving. Although the group is intended for players who know how to play, other members can observe or partner with another player.

Reservations will open up 2 weeks before each meeting, so mark your calendars.

This meeting is not intended to give you initial instruction. I will setup a Zoom class when I have a number of people requesting it. So, if you want to start learning how to play, keep watching for my next set of introductory classes or request a class.
