Spring walk at Three sisters

We are well into beautiful Spring now (thank the f**k!!!), as the first event of this group, I have decided to host a nature walk at the Three sisters nature reserve. I have been to a couple of similar events via Meet up before and they were always a hit!

It is a lovely and flat walk suited to most abilities and usually takes approximately 1-1.5 hours to complete depending on route taken. You may also spot some horses chilling in the nearby field. The race track on site does get a little noisy at weekends, so will warn you in advance. Don't be put off by the smell of burning tyres. Other than that it should be a pleasant little outing :)

You are more than welcome to bring any furry friends along, or other human friends too! My sled dog will be joining in.

If anyone fancies a coffee or a drink afterwards, there is a nice little bar (The Glass House @ Bryn) serving food within easy reach, which is also dog friendly until around 5pm I think.

Free parking is available facing the little lake as shown in the picture. The postcode is WN4 8DD. There are also bus routes nearby, I think number 610 stops by Morrisons shop on Wigan Road. It takes around 10-15 min to walk to Three sisters.

It does get muddy so I highly recommend wellies or hiking boots!
