Bearfort Ridge/Jeremy Glick Trail

This loop hike traverses the Bearfort Ridge, with its unusual puddingstone conglomerate rock and pitch pines growing out of bedrock and comes out on the shore of Surprise Lake. In addition, a panoramic view of Greenwood Lake.

Meetup Location - Large parking lot opposite 3 Roads Deli and Grill - I am going to utilize the Deli address as a point of reference

This hike provides everything you want - Views, Water, some elevation gain - decent workout and it is only 45 minutes from the Cuomo/Tappan Zee Bridge or an hour from the Bear Mtn Bridge.

Also - a great hike for Sunday regulars who want to try a hike that is taking things to the next level
