You are invited to join us for an approximately 7-mile exploratory (we will be on trails that we are not very familiar with) hike with about a 1600-foot elevation gain. This hike will take about 4 hours. This 800-acre park is the largest in Putnum County. It abounds with wildlife.
We will meet at 499 (approx.) Haviland Hollow Road, Patterson, NY 12563. GPS: 41.49891, -73.53426 at 8:30 AM.

Bring appropriate gear including a light/headlamp, , food, and water. Review/bring your map to be aware of topography and our location.

Please cancel at least 48 hours prior to the event, so people on the waitlist can attend. If on the day of the event, you cannot make it, please take your name off the going list. Not attending hikers will be marked as “No-Show.” People with multiple “No-Show” will not be allowed on future hikes. Thanks....
