MOTHER'S DAY BIKE RIDE/WALK AND BRUNCH

Let's continue this fun event to celebrate Mother's Day by bike riding or walking along the Sacramento River Rail Trail. Brunch will be provided by We Ski II and paid for with memberships dues We will set up close to the covered pavilion at the Shappie OHV day use area, south of Shasta Dam. Bicyclists will meet at the Keswick boat launch parking area off Iron Mountain Road at 10am and ride to/from the picnic area for a round-trip ride of 15 miles. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED. Walkers can drive across the Dam and walk on the River Trail from the pavilion or start at the top of the Dam and walk down. Brunch usually starts after the bike riders arrive around 10:30.
Deadline to RSVP is Thursday, May 8th so we can plan food. *This event is for PAID members only. Annual memberships are $15. If you would like to join, membership forms will be available at the event. Cash only please.
