The National Job Fair is coming to DC! Powered by Clean Energy for America at DC Climate Week, this event will offer companies looking to hire experts across a variety of fields, from science, communications, technology, finance, and policy. Jobseekers will be able to meet directly with companies and organizations seeking to fill positions, attend programming. The National Job Fair will be held at International Square in Washington, DC on Wednesday April 30, 2025. We invite you to get involved:
Sponsorship: If your organization is interested in sponsoring, please review the sponsorship deck and complete this sponsorship interest form. Sponsors will have access to speaking opportunities, exclusive job boards, and co-branding across the live event and digital media.
Host a booth: If your organization is actively recruiting, please consider signing up for an Employer Booth. We are attracting nonprofits, private companies, academic institutions, recruiters, accelerators and incubators to participate. This is a fantastic opportunity to attract top-tier talent and engage with the next generation of professionals. Sign-up to review resumes or offer career coaching: Calling resume reviewers and career coaches! Please consider volunteering during some or all of the day on April 30th to help provide expertise! Reviewers and coaches will be able to manage their own schedules and participants will sign-up for time slots at the event itself.
Here is where we stand today:

• The event has over 650 registrants for the event and capacity for over 1,200. The attendees are coming from all across various sectors (climate/environment, healthcare, finance/banking, consulting etc.) from c-suite professionals to recent graduates.
• This event is industry-inclusive. This is the National Job Fair and we want anyone hiring to have a seat at the table.
• There will be a main stage with programming and a dedicated team of career coaches who will run small groups and 1x1 career coaching as well as resume/cover letter reviews.
• With access to Parallel, an AI-powered employer/employee matching platform, sponsors will be able to seamlessly access all candidates and find the right person for their role.
• We will have a pre-event webinar on April 24 open to all attendees of the National Job Fair.
