Rhylstone Cross & Cracoe War Memorial Circular

The walk

Graham is leading this 7+ mile circular walk from Rhylstone duck pond, to Rhylstone Cross and Cracoe War Memorial and back to the cars.
There is a steep ascent to the cross.

The distance is 7+ miles.

Meeting:
Usually, we gather from 10.00 to 10.15 to start the walk at 10.30 from the Meeting Place and are circular unless otherwise indicated.

Note:
Walking boots, waterproofs and a packed lunch are required.
We do not allow dogs as we go through many farmer's fields with livestock.
As well as the Meetup members shown we also have members of BSW and CHA making a group of 6 to 16

Fees
New membership for 2025 is £10 or £18 for a couple for 100's of walks with any of our 6 mid-week groups. For anyone who is not an annual member, we ask for a £1 donation toward our admin and insurance costs.
