We will hit all of the top visiting spots in this Big Island itinerary plus more. The detailed itinerary will only be shared to those who are confirmed. Plus we are renting 2 jeeps; one itinerary for folks looking to get more items done and another for people who prefer a more relaxing itinerary.April 23: Travel to Big Island
- Wrap up your work by 5pm and take plane ride to KONA Airport

April 24-26: Explore KONA

April 27-30: Volcanoes National Park, Green Sand Beach, Black Sand Beach, and Puna

Suggested airplane trips
The following trip schedule is suggested for timing. Buy your own tickets since you have your own preference for flights.Equipment:

Camping:
Most days we are staying in hostel but some days in more remote locations like VNP we are camping so you will need to bring camping gear.Cost:
The cost is $1500 total for all Lodging and Tours. All other costs you will need to cover. It is not possible to remove one of the tours to get a cheaper cost since they come as a package and we have limited vehicles. You can always refuse to participate in the tours at any time without refund though.To get a spot simply send an attendance deposit of $500. The remaining $1000 is due March 23.

Helicopter Tour
Helicopter Tour is the only one not currently covered yet because I want to talk to confirmed members first before booking. This is because there are requirements to be able to go them.Accommodation Availability:

March 23th is the last day for guaranteed full refunds. Afterwards refunds are only possible if all spots are filled and someone on waitlist can take your spot.Waitlist:
The waitlist is ordered so those who get on waitlist first have priority over later joiners. Paying the $500 attendance deposit secures you a spot on the waitlist if the event is full. If a spot opens up then I will reach out and ask if you're interested in joining. If you are interested then you can join us and if not then I'll refund. Anyone who doesn't get off waitlist by the start will be refunded.Payment methods:
