A truly wonderful trip with some stunning coastal walks on the famed beautiful huge beaches including iconic Holkam with the possibility of seeing some seals too at Blakeney Point !

5.5 miles - Thornham to Hunstanton

Walk starts at 4.45pm from Orange Tree pub in Thornham

Bus no 36 to Thornham from Hunstanton either at
2.28pm, 3.28pm or 4.28pm

7 miles - Burnham Overy Staithe to Wells next the Sea : famed Holkham Beach

Bus no 36 at either 8.28am, 9.28am or 10.28am from Hunstanton.

Walk will commence by 11.15am from Hero at Burnham Overy pub.

Lunch in Wells next the Sea

Bus no 36 bus back to Hunstanton at your leisure

6 miles - Morston to Cley next the Sea

Meet Morston Hall at 11.15am

Travel to Morston :

Either
Bus no 36 at 8.28am followed by bus no CH1 at 9.42am

Or
Bus no 36 at 9.28am followed by bus no CH1 at 11.02am

Travel back from Cley next the Sea :

Either
Bus no CH1 at 2.44pm followed by bus no 36 at 3.33pm

Or
Bus no CH1 at 4.12pm followed by bus no 36 at 5.33pm

Morning

4 miles - Titchwell to Burnham Deepdale

Bus no 36 at 8.28am or 9.28am from Hunstanton

Meet Titchwell Manor Hotel at 9.50am

Bus no 36 from Burnham Deepdale to Hunstanton at 12.59pm or 1.59pm

All local travel will be by bus - one week coastal pass £30 which we shall buy on arrival.

Please book 3 nights at a hotel ( Saturday to Tuesday ) of your choosing in Hunstanton and then leave a comment on the event page with the name of your accommodation.

We shall be buying open return train tickets from London to Kings Lynn ( followed by coastal bus ) as from February.

Outward train 9.42am arrives Kings Lynn 11.31am.

Onward bus either at 11.45am or 11.57am.

You will arrive in Hunstanton by 1pm.

You should have appropriate and adequate insurance for this type of activity and be able to walk 2.5 miles per hour.

Meetup fee £40 ( season ticket holders £30 ) payable in advance by cash or bank transfer.

Walking and hiking in the Great Outdoors presents certain low level risks and by rsvping to this trip you are in agreement to undertake such risks.
