Dear Amazing Volunteers!

It's time again to be a part of the project for a special cause!

AL NOOR TRAINING CENTRE FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS VOLUNTEERS’ FOR FAMILY FUNFAIR on Feb 26th 2016 (Friday) in 4 different slots.

pls note:Certificates will be issued to Volunteers completing a slot of 4 hours..

you have to pre-register in advance at the following link BELOW once you RSVP!

The activities of the volunteers will be

1.setting up the venue

2.selling Merchandise

3.Managing the Food & Game stalls

There would be 4 slots for you to choose

1st slot: 9.00am - 1.00pm‎ ,

2nd slot: 1.00pm - 5.00pm‎

,3rd slot: 5.00pm - 9.00pm‎

,4th slot: 9.00pm - 12.00am‎

MORE INFORMATION

1. All volunteers must report to the Volunteer Desk for registration and assignment of duties. An assignment sheet will be given to each volunteer. The sheet will be presented to the respective Al Noor Staff/ stall manager for signature at the end of duty.

2. Badges will be given to all volunteers for identification. 3. All volunteers will be accompanied by an Al Noor staff at all times in the stalls. No volunteer should be left alone at the stall.

4. Manual work may require at some point.

5. Volunteers would ideally put in a Minimum of 4 hours of duty.

6. Volunteers who would like to leave the stall are requested to inform the stall manager.

7. Game mechanics will be explained by the stall manager. 8. Game winners can collect their redemption coupons and claim their prize from the redemption corner.

9. All transactions at the funfair will be conducted with coupons purchased at the designated coupon booths

10. During transactions, the coupons have to be partially torn and put into coupon boxes immediately.

11. No change is to be given either as coupon or money. 12. The food court is located behind the track and field area.

13. Individual volunteers should collect their certificate on the same day from the Volunteer’s Desk upon completion of volunteering hours.

Please note that certificates will be given only to those whose assignment sheets have been signed by the supervising Al Noor Staff/ stall manager.

14. Corporate Volunteer Certificates may be given post-event.

15. All volunteers are expected to be earth-friendly by helping in maintaining the cleanliness (clean as you go!)
