Come make some friends and heckle some bad movies Mystery Science Theatre 3000 style! We recommend you come early for the previews, which is a period dedicated to socializing and making friends before the film!
Movie Starts at 7:00PM in the Private Viewing Room in the back of the bar near the bathroom entrances! Ask the bar where the movie is if you have any trouble. Recommend you arrive by 6:00 so you can find parking, order a drink, settle in and socialize!

Guildhouse is a bar! If you intend to drink, public transportation options include the the Blue and Green Light Rail Lines, which both stop at the San Antonio Station (Directions Here.) It's about a 7 minute walk from there. The South 2nd Street and San Salvador Bus Stop (Directions Here) is just around the corner.
The best parking spot is the I-280 Parking Lot which is about 3 blocks down the street from Guildhouse (Directions Here.) Parking is free after 6:00PM on weeknights and completely free on weekends! If you don't mind paying for parking and want to be a little closer, you can also go to the San Jose Convention Center Parking Garage (Directions Here.)

Come enjoy wonderful Downtown Sunnyvale as we take over the second floor of Off the Rails Brewing Company. We'll fill the whole floor with video game consoles and games of all kinds and all eras!
Any board games on display upstairs are property of the group and available to use (please put everything back the way you found it once you are done!)
Stop by any time through the event (3:00PM-9:00PM) and make some new friends! Don't forget Off the Rails has lots of good food and beer! They even serve cocktails!

Obviously, Off the Rails is a bar! If you intend to drink, public transportation is available via the Sunnyvale Caltrain Station across the street (Directions Here!) It's about a 20-minute ride from the San Jose Downtown Diridon Station (Directions Here.)
Several buses also stop at the Sunnyvale Transit Center just around the corner (Directions Here.)
The best parking spot is the Caltrain Parking Lot (Directions Here.) 24-hour parking at this lot is $5.50. Off the Rails does have a free parking lot, but it fills up pretty fast!

Come make some friends and learn to play a game that is very popular within the Geek Historians community (Magic: The Gathering!)
You must register in advance and space is limited (register here.)
Please also take note that Illusive has a mask policy in the playing area (they will provide a mask if you don't have one.) A mask isn't required to shop there, just to play games in the back of the store.
Each player will receive:
- A Welcome Deck
- A Learn-to-Play brochure
- A pocket reference card
- A sticker sheet.
Please consider supporting Illusive before or after the event. Their storefront stocks comic books, manga, board games, paints, dice, trading card game supplies and more.

Note: While Geek Historians events take place at bars, Illusive is a family friendly establishment. Be mindful of your behavior and please consider shopping there. They are a locally owned business with something for everyone.
Parking is a non-issue at Illusive. The store is on the far-left end of a shopping center that always has tons of parking available right in front of the store.
Geek Historians does not have a formal partnership with Illusive Comics & Games and is not playing any part in the management of this event. If Illusive promises to be a popular destination for our community, we will consider opening up communications with Illusive management at that time.
