Hello!

There's nothing like starting your day off with a peaceful 30 minute Qigong session to connect mind, body, and spirit. There's over 100 million people a day around the world who practice Qigong or Tai Chi daily to increase vitality, longevity, and inner peace. I had been practicing yoga for over 10 years before I found Qigong, and I've been delightfully surprised at just how easy yet powerful it is. It's a simple practice that makes me feel incredibly relaxed and present.

If you're brand new at Qigong, or an expert, this group is for you. These movements are so simple and usually involve breathing exercises and light upper body movement. During these morning sessions, we'll be practicing the 8 brocades, light self massage, and meditation.
