Vancouver Gaymers is a social group for Vancouver's LGBTQ+ geeks and gamers.

This group started back in 2009 by a group of friends meeting at local Tim Hortons and libraries. It has since grown into a group of people united by our love of gaming and geek culture. We hold monthly events that offer a safe space for LGBTQ+ people to be themselves.

Join us for a brand new event from Vancouver Gaymers.
Want to meet some new friends, play some games you may never have played, and/or enjoy a lovely evening in Vancouver without someone coming for your wallet this is the perfect night out.

While there is no cover charge for the location we do ask to spend at least $5 on drinks/food while you are there. If you do not want drinks/food then please put $5 in the tip jar. This is not mandatory but does help us establish good relations with the venue that helps us put on these kinds of free events.
If you want to bring a board game or two from your collection, we would be thrilled. We will have an area for the board games library at the venue. Though please label your board games in case there are duplicates.

Join us upstairs at Kelly O'Bryan's! Please tip the staff on your food & drink - standard tipping culture in Canada is 15-20%.
If you don't order anything, we ask you to tip the staff $3-$5 directly to cover their time serving water and keeping the area dedicated to us.
Bring along your favourite board games, card games, dexterity games. If you do, please label your games so there is no confusion as to who owns what game.

We have the entire upstairs reserved! Look for the Vancouver Gaymer signs. Or let the staff know you are here for Vancouver Gaymers, and they'll direct you upstairs.
