About us

Welcome to the VAN 365 View Meetup Group in Vancouver, Canada.
Our goal is to create a space for organizational leaders and professionals to connect and share about Microsoft 365, AI, ERP, CRM, and Enterprise Apps. Vancouver is growing, and communities are leading the way in building a stronger city.
When? We aim to organize an in-person event during the second or third week of every month. These events will cover upcoming trends, learned lessons, best practices, and sharing resources and experiences to help our local community grow. Most importantly, it has to be fun.
With insights from MVPs, Senior Architects, Senior Consultants, and Organizational Leaders, our in-person events and conversations will revolve around technology.

Session 1: SharePoint Meets AI: Skills, Metadata, and Smart Content at Scale
- SharePoint is no longer just a document repository. With the right AI foundations, it becomes a knowledge system that understands, organizes, and surfaces your content intelligently.
  In this session we cover how to extend AI inside SharePoint using custom skills, structured metadata, and classification frameworks, from designing scalable taxonomy to connecting SharePoint with AI-powered workflows.
  Real examples, practical patterns, and a clear path to implementation. Built for SharePoint administrators, information architects, and anyone exploring AI within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Session 2: Get Shit Done with Microsoft Copilot and Cowork
- Tired of AI demos that look cool but don't move work forward? This session is about using Microsoft Copilot to actually get shit done. We'll walk through the Copilot options and agents you already have at your fingertips, then go deep on Cowork, the desktop tool that turns Copilot into a real coworker for your files, tasks, and daily grind. Bring your laptop, bring your backlog, leave with a workflow you can use tomorrow.
