What we’re about

This group is for those looking to either begin a yoga and/or meditation practice to those who are experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice. We offer a variety of ongoing yoga and meditation classes and will be hosting a variety of workshops centered around using yoga (particularly the breath) to manage stress and anxiety; Yin and meridian yoga; working with the subtle energy body to remove energetic blocks in the Chakra system; and workshops on the Power of Words and how they impact our physiology (and much more.
We also offer Ayurveda Health consultations and body work, thai bodywork and therapeutic massage.
Yoga is so much more than a physical practice and anyone can practice yoga. Yoga is more of an inward journey than a physical practice, hence why there are no mirrors in our studio. Our studio is calm, peaceful and full of Light. Stop in and see/feel/experience for yourself what Unplug & Be Mindful Yoga has to offer.
