Joni has been a member of Unity Church of the Hills in Austin TX for over 20 years, where she has served among many teams, including as a prayer chaplain, platform speaker, and member of the ministry support team. Currently she is the Spiritual Direction Program Coordinator for Unity Worldwide Ministries. Joni received her training in spiritual direction from the Episcopal Seminary of the Southwest, where she earned a Master's in Spiritual Formation. She belongs to the Austin Area Spiritual Directors Community and is a member of Spiritual Director's International.
