What's Included

• 5 nights staying at Mary-Ann’s Polarrigg sharing a twin room. Upgrade to your own room for £180 for the 5 nights.
• Breakfast each day

• Entrance fees, transport fees and meals other than those listed above.

You need to book your own flights and they are with Scandinavian Airlines, they are currently £313.39 and include a 23kg luggage. Please do not book your flight as we need to wait until 5 people have RSVP’d until we can give the go ahead to book flights.

Below is the flight that Emma will be going on. If you would prefer to travel from an alternative UK airport or book a different flight, that is absolutely fine. Please let us know when you book. You will need to arrange your own hotel transfers.

The price of the above tour is £1899. All payments need to be made into the Protected Trust Services account held with HSBC:
A non refundable deposit of £400. If we haven’t received your deposit within 3 days of RSVP, your RSVP will be changed to "not going" and your space will be released. The second payment of £600 needs to be paid by the 6th of December and the balance of £899 by the 22nd March. If you are having a room to yourself the balance is £1079.
Please note that the room type you choose (Sharing or solo room) will NOT be amenable.
