• Final thoughts on the potential risks and rewards of adopting GenAI in Agile Ways of Working, along with guidance on how to move forward with these tools in the real world.

John Halberstadt is Vice President, Consulting at LitheSpeed, an organization providing strategic and tactical support to enterprises seeking to build and amplify their overall business agility and delivery of value. He has over two decades of experience in lexecutive leadership positions such as CIO, CTO, and Vice President of Technology, with a focus on Finance/FinTech and Insurance/InsurTech.
