## Who Are We?

Toronto Sober Living Network is a philanthropic community initiative dedicated to creating a welcoming, inclusive community for individuals at any stage of their sobriety journey. Whether you're sober-curious, taking your first steps toward recovery, celebrating years of sobriety, or supporting someone you care about, you belong here.

## What's Our Group Goal?

We exist to create a supportive, judgment-free space where people can share experiences, learn from one another, and build meaningful connections while embracing personal growth and positive change. Our mission is to foster a community centered on mutual support, continuous learning, and celebrating each person's unique journey toward wellness.

## Program Structure & Format

## Weekly Friday Meetings (7:00-8:00 PM)

Starting July 25, 2025, we meet every Friday evening via Zoom (with future plans for hybrid and in-person events as our community grows).

## Getting Started:

  • Join us for any Friday session - no prior experience necessary
  • Every week we tackle a topic for discussion inviting a keynote speakers to provide deeper insight on the topic
  • Arrive a few minutes early to get oriented
  • Participate as much or as little as you're comfortable with
  • Ask questions - we're here to help and support you

  • Opportunities to share (but no pressure to do so)
  • Practical resources and tools
  • Connection with like-minded individuals
  • Professional guidance and peer support

  • 1500+ Facebook community members
  • 300+ registered TSLN participants
  • 166+ Meetup group members
  • 20-40 engaged live participants each Friday evening
  • Growing network of partner organizations and speakers

## Platform Evolution

  • Weekly Virtual Sessions: Friday 7:00-8:00 PM EST via Zoom
  • Hybrid Model: Transitioning to include in-person options
  • Community Events: Wellness fairs, recovery celebrations and networking opportunities

## Building Toward 2026

TSLN serves as the foundation for building Toronto's comprehensive Sober Network, culminating in our 2026 Toronto Recovery Summit - a large-scale collaborative recovery event that will unite Toronto's entire recovery ecosystem.

  • Create lasting partnerships between organizations
