What we’re about

This is a group for Photographers who are seriously interested in advancing their Fashion Photography skills. Mid-level skills & above are all welcome. I started this group to up the ante for those of you who are genuinely intent on learning more about what it takes to create great fashion images.

Hands-on Advanced Fashion Photography Workshops will be offered about 4 times a year as well as several Group Seminars to discuss 'fashion photography'.

There will be a free open Critique done once a month (dates TBA) for those who wish to post their fashion photographs as well as a Q&A. There will be a fee for private critiques for small groups of individual photographers conducted through our Seminar series.

Models would also benefit from this group who wish to truly understand about posing in front of a camera and working with photographers ... and how to avoid the typical 'pose #12' out of modelling school 'look'.

Who Should Attend?
Whether you're a seasoned photographer looking to freshen up your fashion portfolio or just starting your career in the fashion photography industry.

Pre-Requisites Recommended: All Photographers must have complete knowledge of all their digital camera equipment and digital technology, some studio lighting experience as well as working with Photoshop to create professional prints.

Cancellation Policy

– If you are signing up for one of the workshops for the first time, please read the cancellation policy (below) before confirming your registration.

Bring your workshop FEE with you to the workshop and pay before the workshop begins. If you cancel less than 24hrs before the shoot, it is expected you will still pay 50% of the workshop fee. If you register for one of our workshops please note we have a zero tolerance policy for photographers who sign up for the workshop and then do not cancel when their plans change and can't make it. As a photographer if we book a model and she is a no show, we will not book that model again. Same applies to photographers who sign up for workshops who do not show up and have not cancelled well in advance.
