Da Jia Hao!
Have you ever wondered what is Qi Gong or Tai Chi? Come and see for yourself...
We will practice these programs of Chinese Traditional Exercise mainly for health.
After some warm-up work we will stretch and do some Qi Gong (energy development). Then we usually practice some stances, such as horse-riding stance and crane stance. Finally we will practice some Tai Chi.
The form we will work on is called Yang-style 24 form, which is the most suitable for beginners.
If you already know some Tai Chi, you are also welcome to join.
During the lessons we can also learn some basic Mandarin.
Suitable for all levels and ages.
