See all- Make New Friends @ Padel and MingleAlloy Lounge, Nairobi
If you want to make new friends in Nairobi, join us for Padel and Mingle on Saturday, 3rd May at Alloy Lounge (6th floor, Sarit Centre) from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. If you've never played padel before, it's a beginner-friendly racket sport that combines elements of tennis and squash. It's typically played in doubles on an enclosed court that's about one-third the size of a tennis court.
You can join us even if you've never played padel before. We'll have a coach on site to help you get started as a beginner. In fact, padel is a very easy sport to pick up as a beginner, and you will learn how to play in a few minutes.
We'll also play board games to break the ice during the event.
Please note that this is not a free event, and you need to purchase your ticket in advance.
You can purchase your ticket via our website
The ticket is inclusive of:
- Padel session
- Racket
- Lunch
- Drink
- Board Games
Lunch will include beef, chicken, and choma sausage served with fries. A drink (soda or water) will be included with the food.
If you're a vegetarian, please let us know in advance so we can prepare an alternative option for you.
We'll be playing padel on roofed courts that can shield us from the rain.
You can bring a change of clothes to play padel.
Please note that hot showers and locker rooms are available at the venue.
It's not mandatory to play padel. It's okay if you just want to hang out and socialize at the venue.
Here is a video of our previous padel and mingle meet-up that we did last year.
