Breakfast Club! August First Bakery and Cafe

Let's try the August First Bakery and Cafe this month. Hopefully the line will be shorter after the UVM graduation.

Our first meal at August First left us wanting to go back every week (I know I wrote that about the Blue Paddle, too, but it's true for both restaurants). The menu is unique and the food was outstanding. A wee-bit pricey, but well worth the cost.

*What is the 252 Club? (Well, actually it's real name is the "251 Club," but a new town was recently added to the list.) It is a club that people join, touch all 251/2 townships in Vermont, and earn a certificate of completion. Peter and I are simply tracking the towns we touch on our own. Our rule is that we must do some type of activity in the town and then take a picture of ourselves (and anyone we did the activity with) near a sign or structure that is unique to the town.
