This is a group for anyone interested in real estate investing. Our main focus is wholesaling and rehabbing houses. The meetup is designed to allow wholesalers to expose their deals and rehabbers to cherry pick the best ones they would like to take on as projects. There will be private money and hard money lenders present to help you finance your deals. The meeting is hosted by a team of real estate investor-agents with years of experience in the DMV.
