Phil started his building career in 2011 when he graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainable Construction Management and Engineering and went on to start his own company. Since then, Prenvalley has focused on ADUs, large additions, remodels, and is about to break ground on their first townhome project. Phil also has a couple investment properties with a portion of his main home rented through AirBnB.
Bret got his start in 2012 when he purchased his first home here in the Barnum neighborhood of Denver. Since then he's purchased three more homes and built an ADU on his current home just south of Sloan's in West Colfax. After building that with Phil during the pandemic in 2020 and bringing it online in 2021, he has consistently short term rented it and maxmized his ROI potential squeezing in a hotel room style studio apartment on the ground floor to supplement income along with the one bedroom apartment above. He is passionate about energy efficient building, learning new real estate strategies, managing his Airbnb portfolio and working towards his first development project with Phil and James in West Colfax.
