Tampa Bay Community Network, a service of Speak Up Tampa Bay, a 501c3 non-profit organization established in 1999 to enhance community dialogue and public engagement, serves as a vibrant community media center. Specializing in video production training and workforce development, TBCN offers free classes for Hillsborough County residents and affordable options for non-residents. Moreover, we offer professional video production services and we provide opportunities for community members to broadcast programs on various platforms, including Verizon 30 & 36; Spectrum 638 & 639; Comcast 20 & on our streaming channels - Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, iOS, Android & watchus.tbcn.org.
