The world might not be stable, but you can be. Tai Chi and Qigong help you get connected to your body and spirit through the power of focus. Join us Wednesday or Thursday, open to any level. We get into slow, mindful movement, fascinating stretches, and feeling good. Find your own peaceful source for health and fitness. Saturday at 4pm includes Qigong, though we focus a bit more on Tai Chi.Our goal is better health and a calm mind through these unique Chinese practices.

Tai Chi and Qigong combine relaxed movement, deep breathing, and elements of Chinese martial arts. We also focus on building core-strength because that's the key to improving fitness. And when it comes to Tai chi, as a martial arts school, we always look at self-defense and applications.

In these meetups, we'll work on Qigong sets and Tai Chi including:

  • Wu Tai Chi System
  • Ba Duan Jin (Silk Brocade)
  • 5 Animals Qigong
  • Swimming Dragon
  • Shi Ehr Fa
  • And more...

These practices are intriguing, expansive, and unusual. Our goal is good health, better balance and coordination, and getting our mind and body moving together. We use this time to take a break from all the challenges clamoring for our attention. So join us.
