Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated.

Note: No coffee is required!

The format for a Lean Coffee is very simple. This is intentional. It is meant to be the least structure necessary for a coherent and productive meeting.

Using a personal Kanban board we will ask for topics people want to discuss this can be a personal challenge or an are of interest you do not need to be an expert to suggest a topic. We will then prioritise the topics by voting and work through them as time permits. Using timeboxing to guide our discussions
