Meir of Duo Modern Japanese Cuisine & Hibachi in Saratoga Springs, NY, has re-invited us to a spectacular dinner, with a 20% price cut off all items, including alcohol, at the 7 PM dinner. Happy hour starts at 6 PM but does not include the price cut.
