Anxiety, depression, stress, and social isolation are significant problems faced by many in society, but support is often lacking. In our community, however, everyone is free to talk, share, and openly discuss these issues. Self-help books, positive thinking, and similar methods have been tried but often fail because they don't address the root cause—the true nature of our own mind. We need to understand how to control this powerful tool instead of letting it control us.
Having support from family and friends during such times can be incredibly beneficial. Many issues can be alleviated through good advice and enjoyable moments with those who have faced similar challenges. This platform offers a space where you can connect, share, and find support to overcome these issues.
This group is a sincere attempt to help individuals realize they do not have to suffer in silence. We draw inspiration from many who have successfully overcome stress, anxiety, loneliness, depression, and isolation and are now actively helping others do the same. This community exists to support each other through difficult times, fostering a transition from distress to happiness.
As an informal support group, we do not advise against necessary medication for mental health issues. We strongly recommend following a doctor's advice and continuing prescribed medication when needed. Alongside professional treatment, our community offers social support, yoga, and meditation to help overcome these challenges, with activities planned periodically to provide ongoing support.
