# Coding meets Stories: Join our project!
#### What is storycoder.dev? [StoryCoder.dev](https://storycoder.dev/) is an open source project to which anyone can contribute: Story Readers, Coders, Writers, Non-Coders, Story Lovers, coding enthusiasts, etc. The project consists of writing, reading and solving stories of all genres (comedy, action, detective, love stories, drama, fairy tales, fiction, historical, etc.). Somewhere in the story there is a code to solve which can be solved in all programming languages you know, for example Dart, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, Swift, Java, Ruby, Erlang, Rust and many more! The aim is to create stories with the respective coding solutions.
Vision
The combination of reading and enjoying stories while also coding and/ or learn to code is the vision of this project, because life itself consists of stories. The aim is to have many stories with many coding solutions in different programming languages and for beginners to learn coding through stories. Story lovers can simply just enjoy stories without coding as well.
In this MeetUp we will collaborate and contribute together to the vision of this project by writing, reading or solving coding stories in all possible coding languages. In the MeetUp we will explain how you can write or solve stories on storycoder.dev and we'll have some time to actually write or solve stories.
