Let's have a Yoga Afterwork!
Relax & wind down after your work and enjoy the summer outside. Join certified yoga instructor, Divya Kavadia for a Yoga session focus on stress relief.
**What to bring** - a yoga mat, or a large beach towel that could serve as a yoga mat, a water bottle, and bug spray. Dress in layers, wear comfortable clothes and bring a sweater in case of lower temperatures. In case of sunny weather bring sunscreen. Check forecast and be prepared in case of light rain. Props are optional (blocks & yoga strap).
**Arrive 5-10 minutes in advance to set yourself up**
**Medical history** : It's very important if you have any medical history or current pain, please inform the host or instructor on the site.
