This is a group for single people in their 20s and 30s in Colorado Springs.

In a rapidly growing city like Colorado Springs, it can be hard to build a social network with people who are at the same point in life as you. I wanted to create this group to try and bridge the gap and build a community for young-ish adults that can help facilitate meaningful connections while also doing fun activities in our city.

While this is a singles group, it is not a dating group. Most people join to make friends and have fun with a group of people.

Springles is open and inclusive to people of all genders, races, and orientations. I do not tolerate bigotry, hatred, or bullying of any kind and any member demonstrating these behaviors will be removed and reported to meetup.

GROUP RULES:

  1. Members must be in their 20s or 30s
  2. Every member must have their name as their username and a profile picture that clearly shows their face. This is for safety and security, and also just helps to build familiarity.
  3. Don’t be a creep or a jerk. Interpersonal conflicts and misunderstandings are expected but it’s standard HR: persistence after rejection is a hard no, spam messages are a no, and explicit or threatening behavior or messages will result in immediate and permanent expulsion from the group.
  4. RSVPs are considered final by noon on the day of the event for regular meetups and the night before for special events.
  5. Scheduled events with fewer than 5 RSVPs will be cancelled so please be sure to RSVP to the events you want to attend ASAP.
  6. More than two no-shows may result in removal from the group.
  7. The Springles Leadership Team reserves the right to remove any member at any time for any reason.
  8. When you apply to the group, please respond to question 3 with your favorite colors 😊

These aren’t meant to exclude or intimidate anyone, but it’s really important to have accurate RSVPs and guest lists so that we know who is coming or whether it’s better to cancel. These meet-ups are to meet people! We’re not going to have them without people to meet.
