Swinley Bike Park - TECHNICALLY CHALLENGING - RED

Meet 1015 for a 1030 start.
Meet in the car park by Swinley Bike Hub.
Join me for a technical ride exploring the fine trails of Swinley Bike park and the surrounding forest.
PLEASE NOTE SOME OF THE TRAILS ARE VERY DEMANDING.
Please make sure you bring plenty to drink and a substantial snack as although we will take a break, lunch will be at the end of this ride at around 2pm.
If you are in doubt as to whether or not this ride is for you, please look on You Tube where you will find lots of videos to watch.
STRICTLY NO HELMET NO RIDE.
Please make sure you have spare inner tubes/repair kit etc.
