Team Thursday: Olmstead- Sandifur- Govt.- West Trails- CT

Meet: Olmstead Brothers Green Park, 10:45am Olmsted Brothers Green, 441 N Nettleton St, Spokane, WA 99201
NOTE: Weather forecast calls for rain but tapering off. Please check back as if it's raining, I will cancel ride by 9 am.
Ride starts: 11:00 a.m.
Pace on the level: 13-15 mph, Riders must be able to maintain the minimum pace of 13 MPH on level
Distance: 25 miles.
Terrrain: 1503 ft Climbing, sooo, fairly hilly, 0.8-mile gravel section road bikes will be OK.
Regroup: At the top of the climbs, ORV Park, and Vault Restroom near Deep Creek overlook.
Approximate time: 2.5 hours
Route Description: Olmstead Brothers Park, CT, Sandifur Bridge, Govt. Way with a 1.9-mile 3.9% climb, R on North Old Trails Road has a nice long descent (regroup at ORV parking lot), North State Park Drive with a small gravel section then descend down to CT to L on Seven Mile Road, R on North Riverside Park Drive back to CT then a .8-mile climb up to Morin Trailhead, TJ Meenach to cross the river, Pettit Drive has a .8-mile climb, Stay on CT to Olmstead Park.
Food, water, and clothing: Bring your own water and snacks. Dress for the conditions, which could be quite wet and chilly.
Restroom None at start, Vault toilets at 11.6 miles (Deep Creek), 13.6 miles (McLellan Trailhead), 15.1 miles (Wilbur Trailhead).
Weather policy: Heavy rain, high winds, ice, snow will cancel ride.
