Hi,
I'll leave this earlier description of the group up until I have more time to re-write it as a next step. Leaving for the Jazzfest in New Orleans on May 1st and likely will find some inspiration swaying to the music. :)
Recent events require my full attention in supporting the transition of one of my dear friends. The emotional outlay and daily shifts are unpredictable and make holding my teacher/healer/reader space difficult.
As such, I am taking a sabbatical for the near future. That said, all classes, reading nights and healing clinics are on hold for now.
Hopefully, the energy tools and techniques we practice as part of our optimal energetic health will successfully serve me as I move deeper into practicing what I preach.
In handling real-life trauma, working one's energetic space is essential to maintain a standard of personal well-being. Thus, my decision to pause classes.
