We organize Spanish classes in NY and conversation meetups mostly free, every month. We have free access to Photography exhibits on 14th street, and we like to merge Spanish conversation with these cultural events. We'll be posting meet ups regularly. Join us!

This course covers plenty of vocabulary and it focuses on the learning and practice of descriptive terms that will take your Spanish speaking to the next level.For these level you have to know some of the basics. You can test your level by using our https://www.learonline quiz here. If you about 70% of the the answers correctly you could qualify for this level. Otherwise try Spanish 1.2, Part 1.
Course is divided in two parts:
Part 1 : Topics include:
* Numbers pronunciation and spelling,
* Objects names pertaining to an office a home and or a location (from table, to pen through washing machine, printer, stationary and kitchen items).
* Descriptive terms applied to location: past the post office, two blocks away, etc.Part 2 (This course): Topics include:
* Descriptive terms applied to an object's location: to the side of, right next to, near etc. Secondly and most importantly,
* Uses and differences of the verbs "Ser" and "Estar". Those will be clarified, and you'll feel pretty much more confident on the next level. Lastly, also introduced:
* Verbs most related to expressing oneself, such as "gustar", "encantar", "querer".

# Spanish Speaking Guided tours NYC. - Spanish Safaris.
Do you ever get that feeling that although you've been studying a language for so long, but you lack the practical experience?
Spanish Safari experiences are Spanish speaking outdoor guided tours in NYC that will take place at different locations and events, covering different topics. An excellent choice to practice your Spanish hands on and learn about the Spanish Culture and events in NYC.
Some sessions will be about travel vocabulary in the streets of NYC to replicate all you'd to know in your future travels. Other sessions will at a hispanic restaurant to learn all about foods and replicate ordering and manerisms. Finally there'll be a visists to a cultural event, such as a gallery, museum, or dance event (salsa, tango, flamenco).
Meeting locations: Most will meet in Union Square and or any selected place in Chelsea, depending on the topic. And specific cultural events will meet at the assigned location of the event.
In cases of rain, class will be at roofed location, such as the HIghline at 14th street. In case of official storms, class will be rescheduled.
The recommended level is basic Spanish, such as that learned in Highschool. Test your level with our quiz here. If you get at least half of the answers correctly, these sessions should work for you.

This introductory Spanish course is for those of you who have no knowledge of the language yet. You will speak Spanish right from the first class. With Spanish 1.1 Part 1 and Part 2, You learn to:

1st, 3rd and 5th class are online. And, 2nd and 4th class are in person. Meeting location will be in one of our classrooms in Chelsea / Midtown. Exact location will be emailed to you prior to the class.
