What we’re about
We're an active and friendly Humanism group in London, UK. Our well attended monthly humanist gatherings normally take place on the second Monday of each month. As well as these main meetings, we have plenty of other interesting activities too. We're a Partner of Humanists UK.
To attend meetings you don't have to join or become a member. You're especially welcome if you think you may in fact already be a humanist and want to find out more.

Tanya Williams was a human rights monitor last year under the "Ecumenical Accompaniment Programme in Palestine and Israel". The EAPPI is an international programme run by the World Council of Churches. In the UK and Ireland it's coordinated by the Quakers on behalf of 16 churches and NGOs.
This is clearly a sensitive topic. We know that there has been a shameful growth in anti-Semitism in the UK following the brutal Hamas attack in 2023, and we have heard of the subsequent massive, and appalling, death and destruction in Gaza.
But we have heard less about what's happening in the West Bank, which has been under Israeli military occupation since 1967. Tanya will describe her experiences as an EAPPI human rights monitor in the West Bank.8pm start at Richmond Library Annexe, Quadrant Road, Richmond TW9 1DH.
