Welcome beautiful souls to the sound and energy healing meditation meet-up group. This group is an active community for individuals who want to experience a deep sense of relaxation healing and connection to themselves through the waves of sound and energy. On a monthly basis, we hold a special sound bath journey to access deep states of consciousness. We also hold regular meditation and conscious breathing in the city on Wednesdays at lunch and Monday evenings in the city.
ABOUT THE SACRED SOUND HEALING IMMERSIONS
Sound can be felt as incredible waves resonating through the body to heal, reduce stress and promote deep blissful relaxation. Sound also raises your vibration leaving you present and energised.
Quartz Crystal singing bowls and Tibetan singing bowls are vibrational transmitters that resonate with this universal energy wave directing light into our bodies to heal and rejuvenate.
ABOUT CONSCIOUS BREATHWORK AND MEDITATION
Conscious breath-work will assist you to let go of your mind chatter, and is an alternative for those who can find it hard to just sit and meditate. guided meditation are beautiful ways to connect to your own Higher Consciousness and awaken your own Inner Healer. When you let go, you can begin to listen with your body.
Beyond meditation is the practice of inquiry; of developing into the core causes behind the thought processes so you no longer need the constantly thinking the 50,000 thoughts a day. Free yourself of the constant mind chatter and mental to do list by looking at your Current Way of Being and thinking.
ABOUT THE ORGANISERS
Linh Mc_Derm0tt is a Reiki Master of 14 years, a Reiki, trance and Reconnective Healer and does light healing, sound healing, and linking with soul work.
