Sound Healing Meditation at Attuned with Spirit

Welcome to Attuned with Spirit!
Join us for the group weekly Sound Healing and Reiki Meditations:
- Monday nights: 6:30- 8PM
- Thursday nights: 7- 8:30PM
1)We start with sound healing therapy techniques that help ground your energy and create a chamber of healing frequency.
2)Next a short breath work session, followed by a gong bath-held up close to your body!
3)Next I use sound therapy, Angelic reiki and the Trinfinity8 for 3 minutes each on and around the body before the meditation to help create a deeply relaxing experience.
This time also creates a sense of community for talking quietly and drawing a card or two for a little direction. …And water or tea!
4)Next a sound bath to connect to our highest Soul Source and the highest vibrational guides, angels, ascended and galactic masters and the crystalline core center of the earth.
